If you’re not totally satisfied with your Sana-Terra purchase you can return it within 30 days, together with proof of purchase, for a full refund. You just cover the return freight cost and a 25% restock fee.

When Should I Expect My Refund?

Refunds can take up to 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be made in the same form of payment originally used to make the purchase.

Can I Return Used Items?

We are unable to refund or exchange your items if your merchandise is found to be dirty, stained, damaged or used.
